  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1½ cups quick oats or crushed crackers
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220ºC (425ºF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut cauliflower into uniform florets for even cooking.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, non-dairy milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Coat each floret in the batter using a spatula.
  5. Roll each coated piece in quick oats or crushed crackers before placing them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. While baking, prepare the teriyaki sauce by thinning it with water if needed.
  8. Once baked, coat each wing in teriyaki sauce before returning them to the oven for another 5-10 minutes.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
