Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend the pitted Medjool dates, raw almonds, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until you achieve a sticky dough. If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of water.
  2. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment paper.
  3. Press a raspberry into the center of each ball and reshape if necessary.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler and drizzle over each bite or dip the bottoms.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes to firm up before serving.
