Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Add vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and pumpkin puree; stir until just combined.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan. Spoon dollops of the cream cheese mixture on top, then add the remaining brownie batter. Gently swirl with a knife or spatula.
