  • 44 Whoppers (for decoration)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for spider legs)
  • White cake decorating gel (for eyes)
  • Additional granulated sugar (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Beat in the egg, followed by peanut butter and vanilla.
  4. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and coat each in sugar before placing on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 8 minutes until lightly golden; immediately press a Whopper onto each warm cookie.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and pipe out legs from each Whopper; decorate with white gel for eyes once cooled.
