  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 300g fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for potatoes)
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for green beans)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200C (400F).
  2. Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper; spread on one side of a baking dish.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper; coat the chicken and place in the center of the dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes.
  5. Toss green beans in olive oil, salt, and pepper; add to the dish and bake for an additional 20 minutes until everything is cooked through.
