  • 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour (for topping)
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch (for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda (for topping)
  • 1/8 tsp Baking powder (for topping)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Unsalted butter (room temperature, for topping)
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar (packed light or dark, for topping)
  • 1/8 cup White granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup Peanut butter (creamy, for topping)
  • 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract (for topping)
  • 1 Large egg (room temperature, for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Quick oats (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup Mini M&M's (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. For the brownie base, mix the sugar, eggs, butter, oil, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, salt, and chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the brownie mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
