  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
  • Optional: black sesame seeds or poppy seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large triangle shape resembling a witch’s hat.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on one half of the triangle, leaving a border around the edges. Fold the other half over to seal.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt in a bowl. Brush this mixture over the top of the dough.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm with marinara or pizza sauce.
