  • 12 oz twisted pasta (gemelli or fusilli)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, and set aside.
