1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 tablespoons butter
12 oz twisted pasta (such as rotini or fusilli)
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the sirloin steak cubes until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.

Return steak bites to the skillet, combine with sauce, then toss with cooked pasta.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
